For local runners we offer in person run sessions in Lymington or the New Forest at £35 per session

Stength & Conditioning
Run specific strength & conditioning (online) £30 per hour / £20 per 30mins
For local clients based in the New Forest who would like in person strength and conditioning
Personal training sessions £40 per hour
12 x Personal training sessions £420 (£35 per hour)
Personal training sessions take place at Woodside park in Lymington. Please note that the training sessions are outdoors in the fresh air and elements.
